14-Day Return Policy

At Frequency Culture, we want you to find your perfect frequency. If your order isn't hitting the right note, we've got you covered with our 14-day return policy.

Return Window

  • 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Original packaging required

What Can Be Returned

✅ Accepted Items:

  • Unworn apparel with all tags attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • Products without any signs of wear, washing, or damage
  • Items purchased at full price or on sale

❌ Items We Cannot Accept:

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged
  • Products with removed tags
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Undergarments or intimate apparel

How to Start Your Return

  • Email us at returns@frequencyculture.com
  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions

Processing Your Return

Timeline:

  • 2-3 business days after we receive your return to inspect items
  • 5-7 business days for refund to appear on your original payment method

Refund Method:

  • Refunds processed to original payment method only
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • PayPal refunds may take up to 10 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

Quality Issues:

  • Contact us immediately at support@frequencyculture.com
  • Include photos of the defective item
  • We'll provide immediate replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping covered by Frequency Culture
